tRADUWORKS treats all information, documents, files and materials provided by the client as strictly confidential. They will only be used for the preparation, execution, review, delivery and archiving of the contracted service.
Except where legally required or reasonably necessary for service performance, materials will not be shared with third parties.

Purpose and legal basis
Personal data is processed to manage orders, quotations, payments, deliveries, client communications, revision requests and compliance with legal and tax obligations.
The legal basis is the performance of the contract, pre-contractual steps requested by the client and, where applicable, consent.
Tools and service providers
The service may involve CAT tools, machine translation with human post-editing, secure storage services, email platforms, forms, hosting and payment processors such as Stripe.
Unless expressly agreed otherwise, the client accepts the reasonable use of professional technological tools to optimize workflow.
AI, MTPE and human review
Certain assignments may involve machine translation or AI-assisted systems followed by professional human review. Such use is limited to supporting the service and does not replace final human supervision unless expressly agreed otherwise.
If the client requires an AI-free workflow, this must be requested before contracting so availability and pricing can be assessed.
Security, retention and rights
Reasonable technical and organizational measures are applied to protect data against unauthorized access, alteration, loss or accidental destruction.
Files will be retained only for the time necessary to perform the service, handle revision requests, comply with legal obligations or resolve incidents. Clients may request deletion of files after completion, unless retention is legally required.
